We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 2-5 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 5-10 business days. Please note that SHOP SIMONE MONAE is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. SHOP SIMONE MONAE does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees or for any mail returned to our company,the stoma will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again. Shop Simone Monae will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1800-ASK- USPS (1800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
